Registration Open for Breakfast Event with TDECU President & CEO Stephanie Sherrodd

Registration is open for the Oct. 20 Bauer College Alumni Association networking breakfast, featuring TDECU President and CEO Stephanie Sherrodd.

Sherrodd joined TDECU in 2004, holding several positions, including vice president of retail delivery and executive vice president, before taking on her current role. As the featured speaker for the upcoming Bauer alumni event, Sherrodd will highlight the relationship between TDECU and the University of Houston, which includes naming of the university’s football stadium.

The Bauer College Alumni Association hosts monthly networking breakfasts for Bauer alumni to network and hear from Houston’s leading business professionals. The events cost $35 and are held at the Houston City Club.

TDECU President and CEO Stephanie Sherrodd will speak with alumni and the Houston business community on Oct. 20 during the Bauer College Alumni Association networking breakfast.

In 2004, Stephanie Sherrodd joined TDECU, the largest credit union on the Texas Gulf Coast serving over 225,000 members with 40 locations.

In her 12 years at TDECU, Sherrodd served as vice president of Retail Delivery, vice president of Diversified Services, and executive vice president and chief operating officer before being named president and chief executive officer in 2012.  In this role, she is responsible for the vision and leadership of the $2.9 billion institution.

Sherrodd is a certified chief executive of the Credit Union Executive Society.  She was named one of the Women to Watch in the Credit Union industry by the Credit Union Times in 2011, and in 2013 was named to the Credit Union Executive Society Board of Directors.  She also serves on the Brazosport Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.

She is a graduate of the University of Wyoming, receiving her Bachelor of Science as well as a Master in Business Administration.
