Special Three-Day Online Giving Campaign Kicks Off Today
Over the next three days, Bauer College students, alumni and supporters will have the opportunity to show the strength of their community and support student scholarships through #BauerGivesBack, a special online giving campaign.
The campaign, part of the college’s Scholarship Month, aims to raise at least $2,017 from April 19-21 through an online platform that offers incentives for different giving levels. Participants are encouraged to show their support, in any amount, to help reach the goal.
“You can give $1 or you can give $1 million,” Dean Latha Ramchand said. “Every penny will go toward a cause that is so important to all of us at Bauer College — student scholarships. No matter the amount, your gift will allow a student to focus on the Bauer experience fully during their time in college.”
Gifts can be made to support student scholarships anytime, but during this three-day campaign, donors will be thanked with special incentives, ranging from gift card raffles to BauerMerch.com, lunch with Ramchand and recognition on digital signage in Melcher Hall.
For more information about the campaign, and to participate, visit bauer.uh.edu/BauerGivesBack or search #BauerGivesBack on social media.
