UH-GEMI Career Panel Explores Hiring Trends in Renewable Energy
Four experts will offer their perspectives on employment opportunities in the fast-growing renewable energy business at an upcoming event co-sponsored by the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business Global Energy Management Institute.
The speakers at the free event will talk about hiring trends and talent gaps in the industry.
The panel will be moderated by Mark Livingston, a partner in the executive recruiting firm, Heidrick & Struggles, and includes Michael Miller, managing director of Perseus LLC, a private equity firm, and Victor Flatt, distinguished scholar in carbon markets and carbon trading at UH Bauer and director of the Center for Law, Environment, Adaptation and Resources at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Law.
The hour-long program is co-sponsored with UH GEMI and the Houston Clean Economy Network and will be held in the Rockwell Pavilion of the M.D. Anderson Library on the UH campus beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 5.
