Pop-Up Restaurant Entrepreneurs Serve up Their Best Business Skills at Wolffest

Students from the C. T. Bauer College of Business’ Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship will face off in a three-day challenge called Wolffest that puts their business acumen to the ultimate test.

The annual event is part of a capstone course Wolff Center students participate in just before completing their BBA in Entrepreneurship. This year, 7 teams will serve up their best in terms of teamwork and creativity to see which pop-up restaurant can earn the most revenue.

Student CEOs are available to discuss how they work with local business mentors to develop their entrepreneurship skills in preparation for opening their own business.
