Bauer’s Top Undergraduate Students Recognized

Cumulative 4.0 GPA Undergraduate Students Invited to Join Platform Party at Dec. 18 Convocation

Four undergraduate students will be given special recognition during the Dec. 18 Convocation Ceremony for the C. T. Bauer College of Business.

These students each earned a cumulative 4.0 grade point average during their respective undergraduate careers at Bauer. In recognition, they have been invited to join the platform party for the event.


Nuzhat Bukhari
BBA, Accounting

Nuzhat Bukhari was born and raised in Pakistan. When she came to the United States, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Bauer. Bukhari has already completed coursework for a master’s degree in accounting through the college’s program.

After finishing the master’s program, Bukhari plans to sit for the CPA exam while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers next fall.


James Corn
BBA, Finance and Marketing

James Corn is graduating with a double major in finance and marketing.

He grew up in Oak Ridge, Texas, and after graduation, he plans to continue his career at HP Inc. as a market and data analyst before getting his MBA.


Hoa Pham
BBA, Supply Chain Management


Hoa Pham

Hoa Pham is originally from Vietnam but has lived in Houston for three years.

She plans to take a short break after graduation to travel to Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia before coming back to the United States to continue her career search.


Huyen Trinh
BBA, Accounting

Huyen Trinh is originally from Vietnam and has studied accounting at Bauer College.

After graduating from the bachelor’s program, Trinh plans to continue with the master of science in accountancy program and pursue an internship with Ernst & Young.
