Apple’s iPhone 6 Faces Social Media Backlash

Less than a month after its U.S. debut, Apple’s iPhone 6  has faced public criticism on numerous fronts.

Initial claims that the thinness of the iPhone 6 Plus causes unnatural, permanent bending of the device have been followed by reports of immense troubles with operating system iOS 8. Now, social media is on fire with users saying their hair is getting caught by a gap in the seam between the glass and aluminum.  Twitter has been trending hashtags including #bendgate, #beardgate and #hairgate over the last several weeks.
