OTC 2015 Looks to Draw High Crowd Despite Energy Industry’s Low Prices May 4-7

As the current state of affairs in the energy industry remains bleak, filled with layoffs and low oil prices, the annual Offshore Technology Conference still plans to bring more than 130 countries together from all fields in the offshore energy industry.

Houston welcomes back the event, hoping to beat last year’s attendance of over 108,000 despite a somber tone across the entire industry since late 2014 due to historically low oil prices.
